The group will learn to locate the marks, tracks and signs left by the animals in the area. It will be something like a day of reconnaissance of the terrain, either to get some game for the week, or to reaffirm the security of the village.

The subsequent approach to the animals will make the members of the group feel like Paleolithic men and women. At this point, the person in charge of the activity will show his skill and that of our ancestors with fire, hunting, painting… The group will also become a clan for a while, and everyone will have their role within it, with their chief, their hunters, their gatherers…,

The final point of this interesting and exciting activity will be the visit to another village, but this one much more advanced, as the group will enter the Living Neolithic, one of the key moments in the history of mankind.

Includes

Roundtrip bus, with accompanying guide

Visit and activity

Lunch

Activity schedule

09.00 h: Departure from the city center.

09.30 h: Arrival at Salgüero de Juarros.

10.00 h: Start of the activity

13.30 h: End of the activity

13.45 h: Departure to Ibeas de Juarros

14.00 h: Traditional Castilian meal

16.00 h: Return to the city

16:30 h: Arrival in the center of Burgos.

Needs

Comfortable clothes and shoes to go out in the mountains:

Long pants, T-shirt and sweatshirt in case of a cold day.

Raincoat in case it rains or, on the contrary, a hat in case it is hot.

A small backpack with water and something to eat (water is a must if the day is hot)

Binoculars (optional)

[/vc_column_text][vc_separator type=”transparent” up=”10″ down=”10″][vc_gallery interval=”3″ images=”16567,16564″ img_size=”1200×500″][vc_separator type=”normal” down=”15″ up=”15″ color=”#000000″][vc_row_inner row_type=”row” type=”full_width” text_align=”left” css_animation=””][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text]

Duero River Valley

[/vc_column_text]

Places available per day: 25 people

[/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text]Dynamics of the activity at DOMINIO DE CAIR (for adults and children)

Perfection, dynamism and restlessness. This is how the character of the Luis Cañas family and its winery, Dominio de Cair, is defined, the result of the desire of its founder, Juan Luis Cañas, to make great wines in a land as exceptional as Ribera del Duero. Old vines, some of them centuries old, and old vines, few in production but excellent in character, soon made this winemaker fall in love and in 2008 he opened a modern winery, with avant-garde architecture, in the heart of the Ribera del Duero. Everything in the winery is designed to obtain wines of the highest quality.

This and much more is what our visitors will discover during the development of this activity, which also includes, in the case of adults:

Tasting of two wines during the visit (extracted directly from the barrel)
tasting of rosé wine

Tasting of La Aguilera Selection accompanied by an appetizer

Complimentary glass of tableware

While the adults are enjoying the wonders of the local wines, the children and teenagers will be participating in their own tasting, which will be of fruits and cheeses carved in fun shapes.
